I have sporadic thunderlike pain in my head, no more than 10 seconds duration. What could this be?

Hello Everyone! so 2 years ago i had the first one, a feeling that my brain had just been stroked by a thunder, it hurt a lot, I felt it mostly behind my right eye and lasted less than 10 seconds and then it was gone.

Over the span of 2 years I've had it about 4-5 times, every time different pain intensity, sometimes mild sometimes stronger, just a few seconds and it was gone.

No other symptoms, no runny nose, no red eyes, I was not having sex or any other activity specifically, I could just be walking at home or reading a book on the couch.

They are not frequent and on time is not that they get worse, so I wonder what could this be?

The only constant I see is stress, 2 years ago I had a very difficult situation at work that affected the course of my life, the next year my dad passed away and well the stress levels have not gone down from then on.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read, grateful for your time and any advise you might have for me.

Sincerely,

Maia

hello! not sure if he'll receive this but I just had one of these the other day and I'm extremely concerned myself with it as I did Google it and it could be something serious. have you gotten any test done yet?
