hi guys i know this is normal but need a bit of reassurance i am cross tapering and start 50mg on Weds

so i have bad anxiety and lots of fears

  1. anxious outside - fear of agraphobobia
  2. nausea and feeling really sick in restaurant - fear of being sick in public
  3. fear of getting on the train
  4. fear of being at work

will this subside ?

    yes deblou it will all subside once you have become stable on your dose. I used to be the same, did not want to go out, did not want to stay in, work was a nightmare, didn't want to be there but didn't want to be home on my own, many a time I turned up for work only to burst into tears and say I am sorry I can't stay, now I do not give it a second thought. It will all settle down just take each day as it comes if you can do something, do it, if you can't do not fret, you will get there

      thanks i know it is the side effects but feel awful so much anxiety cant see myself getting better x

      I know it is extremely hard to think positive at first. But that is why you're taking the zoloft, to not feel that way anymore. Stick with it, push through any side effects that you may have and just tell yourself every day that you are one more day to feeling better! Zoloft truly saved me, I thought like you do, that things will never get better, everything seemed so dark and overwhelming but that will start to lift, and once level on the meds you will feel so much better!
