I have strange bumps on the back of my throat. sore throat from 2 months and No coughing

I have mild sore throat from the last 2 months. Antibiotics are not working.

No coughing or difficulty swallowing food.

I also smoke and throat feels more irritated after smoking.

    I didn't say is cancer. I mean if you continue smoking you are causing more harm than good. It possibly could be oral warts or herpes. I am just guessing.

    ever figure out what it was? I have the same thing. I Vape and it gets worse after smoking
