I have suffered from prickley heat everytime i have been to a hot foreign country for the past 10 years or so. It gets so bad that i cant go out, cant wear even slightly revealing clothes as the rash left is red and highley unattractive. The skin problem has brought me to tears many times now. I love to sit and lounge about in the sun, but my skin opposes that greatly. It has been terrible.

However, last year i was going on holiday to Turkey and was worrying about the peoblem coming back, which was highly likely. I too started going on the sunbeds a while before my holiday to prepare my skin. I also went to see a homeopathic doctor who gave my a couple of different homeopathic remedies. One called 'Unritica' made from unrine. One called 'Sol' made from energy of the sun and another named 'Apis' i think made from the nettle. Never the less, i went away and sat in the sun for the whole two weeks experiencing no heat rash or intense prickling! It was a miracle to date! I was highly unsure that the homeopathy would work, but that along with the sunbeds totally did the trick. From going from intense pain and crying to no prickley heat at all was just amazing.

I hope this helps. I understand that it is a most terrible and highly frustrating condition. I'm going away in two weeks, i just hope i have the same results again!

    Finally a potential solution for my misery every holiday.......please can you explain where you got the remedies, what potency you took, in what order you took them and how often.
