I have symptoms pralised my life for one now and I don't know what to do seems to be nerve problem

****one month from now l started feeling dizzy from time to time not able to concentrate tiered all the time

after one day I started feel tension in the palm of my left hand like if my fingers are slightly pulled (l have this feeling till this day) this feeling accombaned with shortness of breath and a stabbing pain in the chest and when I pass my palm back and forth on my skin l feel it all over my head close to dizziness feeling I went to doctors the said the did some tests

and the said my heart is good but this seems to be a nerves issue the prescribed a muscle relaxing drug. after a few days

l started feeling pain in my hands and my back and it get worse with motion to the point I was moving like a robot that pain moved to my legs but the that lasted one day by that point I stopped have the muscles relaxing drug dizziness lake of concentration and tiredness are still with me the days following I had a variety of feelings my left leg and hand gets worm with motion and cold feeling my head's right side heavier the the left side or tingling in the back of my head feeling from time to time my body is light but my head heavy my ears eyes l also feel from time to time i feel a painful like a needle pinch appears in my hands or legs it lasts up to a minute with numbness and worm around the same place

the only positive test results was low vitamin D and h.polyi I took medicine for both for two weeks now but nothing changed

I know the symptoms are strange but please please help

    you shod try a massage by a therapist and if u can get tumeric and ginger tea.
