ive had these bumps for the past 3 days now and they are super painful when i talk or eat. i dont know what it is and what to do. they have gotten bigger too

I think you probably have an infected salivary glad maybe caused by a stone you need to see your Dr as soon as you can and he will give you the answer and treatment required. Let us know how you get on best wishes.
