I have these on my vagina. What are they?

i've had vaginal issues since october. had loads of redness, at one point had thick white discharge and was treated for thrush. then had antibiotics incase it was another type of infection as the redness persisted. and recently been given a ointment gel cream.

i have vaginal redness, but i'm so unsure what these little things are inside my inner flap in the creases of my flaps above vaginal opening. what could they be as they've been there for months and apparently herpes go after a few weeks... plus me and my partner have never had another partner. been together since kids image

They look like vaginal ulcers. Its the best way i can describe them. I think you should try oil on them and give it some time.
