I have these tears on my penis head

i noticed i have these tears on my penis. i have been using delay creme the last 4-5 days which sometimes has made by penis sting for an hour pretty badly and i have also have had rough sex those days.

but around 2 days ago i noticed my penis head

hurt a little, didn't think much of it and applied the creme and had rough sex. but yesterday it hurt really badly so i didn't use delay cream nor had sex and i checked my penis head and i had few tears.

today i woke up to my penis having even more tears? but it doesn't hurt or is sore today. Should i just clean my penis head few times a day and wait till it heals up? or could it be something else like a std

or fungal infection
