I have these white spots for years, I though they were ppp, what are those?

I have penile pearly papules as you can see,

but apart from that I have those white spots, I have them and PPP from even before my first sex so it should not be STD, right?

At first I though they were PPP but now that I looked at it closely, It's not exactly on penis head, its on the shaft, more on border between head and shaft but it's more on shaft.

I believe sometimes they are bigger, or maybe there is less white stuff in them now.

I googled and searched but could not Identify it, what do you think these are?

Thanks.

Those look like Tyson's glands, which are a normal variation.  If you've had them since before you were sexually active, then I wouldn't bother getting them checked out unless you're considering removal for cosmetic reasons.

    Hello! :-)

?Some guys have these white spots in the are right beneath the underside of the glans. Although I'm not sure about the name, there's hardly anything to worry about, as I've seen it before on several others.

?The other spots that you mention could be for instant "fordyce spots", which is usual to have on the penile shaft and if it's at the lower part of the shaft and scrotum it could also be "hair follicles" (which is from where hair grows out of). Both is absolutely normal.

By taking a closer look at our skin in general, we might discover different textures too that we perhaps were unaware of. It can be mentioned that it's usual to have fordyce spots on our lips, on the skin right under our eyes aswell. . :-)

hi I had the same things but a doctor took them away because he told me they were dubious. But I would not do it again cause from that moment I feel a nuisance. I would not want them to be glands / corpuscles of pleasure
