I have these white spots on my throat yet they wont go away and they dont hurt?

Hey so quite a long story but i had tonsillitis treated with antibiotics after this i developed a lump sensation in my throat and the white spots are still there no pain just really uncomfortable sensation of something in my throat, doctors wont see me said its gerd im not so sure. My tongue is also white... Sorry for gross picture im at a loss nowimage
