!!

hello,

I am 17 years old

I am circumcised and I've had this for 2 years but maybe even more ( I am sure for 2 years but it is possible that I have this for more than 2 years).

are those warts or normal pearly penile papuls because I am circumcised?

I am really stressed

    Dear william,

You may be correct- possibly ectopic pearly penile papules but all the photos are slightly out of focus so it's difficult to see their outlines clearly.

    Hi william,

Sorry, but the latest photos still aren't clear enough. I can see see the lump but cannot make out its surface texture, etc. Here's a professionally taken photo as a reference- note the slight shadowing to give the lesions some perspective as well as the clarity of the image. Some smartphones have better macro facilities than others and you can practice taking some closeups of everyday objects (wristwatch dial, keys, coins, etc) with lighting arranged to get a good image/perspective.

      Dear Adhari,

      Thank you for your reply.

But with the second pictures I showed you you can still say that those are not looking like warts?

And also I have those for 2 years or more while normaly they disappear alone after 9-18 moths (I am 17 years old and I have no health problems). They have also never changed or grow up or multiply.

so with what I said here can you say me if it is possible that those are genital warts (HPV) or that it is impossible.

Thank you very much for your time Adhari I am now a bit more reassured.

What you've said would certainly go against these lumps being genital warts. Try to make an appointment to attend your local STD or sexual health clinic.
