I have this lump or maybe pimple for 3 days now, someone help

so on Wednesday ive noticed this lump or pimple on the shaft of my penis which my girlfriend and i had sex on tuesday. it feels a bit uncomfortable sometimes, but i went to my doctor to get it checked out and he said it doesnt look like something serious but to keep checking on it and see if it gets any worse. Not sure what could it be but can someone help
