I have this pain in the vagina and i don’t know what to do

so i have this pain in this area, it looks like a lump or sth i don't know what it is. i did urine and blood tests but the results were okay nothing weird or out of the normal. i also went to a gynecologist for vaginal infection and she checked inside about my eggs and everything resulted okay. now i notice this lump in my vagina and i am a little worried. can it be something serious or is it just normal? please help!!! image
