I have this painless vein like bump on my penis

I have noticed this problem 2-3 weeks ago and I'm really afraid.
I'm married but my wife is away. All I did was masturbate and I don't engage in any sexual activity.
It appears a vein like lump. No pain whatsoever but I can feel it. It doesn't affect my erection. Its under the head of my penis. Can anyone help me? I also attached some pictures for reference. I need help!

To upload photos:
First transfer the photos to a computer. In the computer browser, log in to Patient.info and hit reply in this thread. Click on the 4th icon on the right above the reply box and you can upload photos from there. The scenery icon is the one you need but the icons don't appear on phones or tablets.

They are not going to let some picture on the site. But what you are telling me seam normal. Vein on the penis can com up at any time. I have a very big vein on my penis I have never notice it when I was younger but it is fine. I don't know if you have ever watch porn I have seen some with the men that have vein under the head. Remember we are all different and we are made different. If it does not bother you I would not worry about it. The penis is made up of a lot of vein. Some come to the service and some don't Take care Ken

I only can online using phone. It's not a vein but a lump/inflammation shape like a vein. It's not blue. But like skin coloured.

I was made aware by one of the members that this does not work on iPhone, but if you have a Android Phone you may be able to post a picture from your phone trying this....
You can also post pictures with your phone's web browser. Example... On my Android phone I would open the site in your Chrome Browser and in settings drop down menu select request "Desktop Site". Desktop version will load and you are now able to attach pictures to you post as if you were on a desktop.
Note: you may have to scroll sideways to find the picture attach button.
