I have this red flat lump on penis shaft what should i do?

I had a pimple like thing on my penis shaft 2 days ago, I squeezed it extremely hard. A substance came out not sure if that was smegma or pus and it bleeds a little also. after that a red mark was left and it is same since then. It doesn't pain or hurt and is easily moveable and soft. I can also feel my 1 lymph node in groin on left side upon touching maybe that's because i am super skinny. I am sixteen years old. can it be something serious?
