I have this redness on the shaft of my penis that I believe to be a friction burn

So almost 3 weeks ago I masturbated for a long while. A few days after that I got this redness that appeared on the shaft of my penis that caught me off guard. It didn't cause any painful urination, and only caused very slight discomfort when I touched it. It started to get a little better after about a week, when I accidentally rubbed it again, which caused it to flare up. After doing some research, I believe it's a friction burn from masturbaiting too long and hard. I was diagnosed with chlamydia and gonorrhea about three months ago, and have been cured with treatment. Since then I have only had protected sex. imageimageimage

    More than likely it is friction burn. Simply refrain from aggravating the area until it is fully healed.
