I have this weird rash on just the tops of my hands and knuckles and i don't know what it is

I have had thisimage on an off for a while and it is weird. I feel completely fine and normal but I have lots of little red dots that are flat on my skin. they don't hurt or itch and it bugs me to know whether I should go see my GP since it comes and goes and the visits are always super expensive.

    it looks like dermatitis. Are you washing your hands more than normal? my son has started getting dermatitis since going back to school and his is from not drying his hands properly after washing them
