would you be able to post a picture of your penis as a whole, I can’t really tell but if you’re circumcised, And it’s a close and tight circumcision it could just be the penile papules or fordyce spots naturally found on the penis head.

hey man, im not sure what they are, but tell your father and talk to him.

some stuff is genetic and he may have had the same problem.

and dr's see dicks all day, and u just posted pics on a website full of strangers, so if u can show us you can show a dr.

but dont be afraid to talk to you father, mine helped me with everything health related, but he died 6 yrs ago so now im trying to find advice on this website while waiting to see an actual dr.

The general rule is that if you have never had sex then it is very unlikely that what you have going on with your penis is not simply natural development.

So do search for images of Pearly Penile Papules (PPP), Fordyce Spots, Tyson's Glands and Parafrenular Glands - this is basically what you have developing. Not all images or even any will look exactly like what you have, but will give you a general indication of what they are most likely to be like.

Your penis will continue to develop naturally until you are about 26 YOA - how your penis looks at that time in terms of papules, spots and glands is most likely how it will look for the rest of your life.

Simply, you may get a whole lot more than what you have now, they may become extremely distinct, or sometimes you may barely notice them - we are all individual and that applies to how that natural make-up of your penis terns out to be
