I have this white (gunk?) On my vagina. Super itchy. What is it???

so in September I started getting this very foul odor coming from my vagina. I went to urgent care and got tested and everything came back negative. they gave me a prescription for bv and treated as that. the smell came back a month later so I went to the health department and got all std and sti test done. everything came back negative. it itches so bad and the smell can get AWFUL. can someone please help me or tell me where I should go next for answer. this is so embarrassing and I even so far from my body i hate it.image imageimage

    Besides the foul odor and the itchiness, are you experiencing any pain or abnormal discharge? Are you able to wipe the wife stuff off? If everything came back negative then it is most likely just smegma. Smegma is the everyday buildup of dead skin cells, oil, and other fluids. It is normal to have some smegma but when left alone it may produce an unpleasant odor and cause itchiness.
