I have tingling and burning in my arms and legs.

Burning and tingling in arms and legs. feel like i have a tremor. worried i have ms.

      its a nightmare. i cant stop googling my symptoms. ive an appointment next week at the doctors but just worried. x

    dont worry. ms is the last thing you should be concerned about. enjoy every moment of life. i had an ms worry too, all of the symptoms that would align with ms, however i dont have it. your mind is so powerful it can make you do or feel anything. take time to accept the tingling and burning instead of running away from it. im having a fear right now about eating and how i have trouble enjoying food. its really scary because i lost weight. got my blood work checked and everything is perfect, however anxiety sufferers will not believe anything that is told. its is up to us to make the change if we want to feel better

      the eating has been my exact fear all today i love food but feel like its getting stuck

      im more anxious that i cannot enjoy food anymore like i have no appetite and none of the foods i used to love intrest me thinking abt food gets me nauseous, however the mind can do this to you also ive been super sad because i just want to get better. but it know its up to me

    Sounds like an anxiety symptom. If you hyperventilate you will get these symtoms and most people with anxiety dont even realize they are hyperventilating. Do some breathing exercises and meditation, plus see your doctor to see what he says. If you still have a phobia then see a neurologist that way you can put it behind you.
