I was diagnosed left posterior fossa tumor in 2013 following terrible headaches and vomiting. This was soon after giving birth to my second child. The headaches subsided a bit if I took painkillers but as years went by I started having loose of motion and my eyesight deteriorated. I eventually had surgery (micro removal of the brain tumor ) in May 2017. The tumor was 5.9cm in diameter and 5.3cm in AP dimensions and 6cm in the transverse dimensions . Surgery was 9 hours long and succesful. I satrted doing physiotherapy day one post op. Initailly my eyesight was good post operatively bit it has now deteriorated . MRI scan 6 months showed no singns of the tumor. Now I have tingling and burning sensation of the left side of face as well as scalp, numbness of extremities . Eyesight has sharply decreased as I see cloudiness only . I have been to an eye specialist who told me that it will take a bit of time for me to have some eyesight recovery . I wonder if anyone has had similar issues and what help I can get.
