I have had tingling in my right temple but really only when I start to mess with it and rub it. I have terrible health anxiety and get headaches every day... Is the tingling just anxiety or just me irritating it? I'm terrified I have messed something up...

I think you answered your own question - it's just you irritating it. But don't worry, you won't be able to do any serious damage to yourself. The worst-case scenario is that you might get a skin infection from all the rubbing, but it's not possible to damage your brain by rubbing your temple.
