I have urinary frequency, what shall I do?

I went to Hospital for this problem and they gave me all laboratories to check my bladder and kidney all are negative, finally I found out it is a symptom of Fibromyalgia and I have most of Fibromyalgia symptoms. However, urinary frequency is the main symptom for me, I am usually going to the bathroom within 20-30 min frequently. it is my first time to hear about this. I am postgraduate student, mostly I spend my time seat with a computer, please help me, how should I treat this?

    Have you had a bladder scan and kidney scan or just bloods and urinary test. Your symptoms may settle down in time. Also you could ask to be referred to a urologist. There is something called interstitial cystitis. Urinary frequency can also be a symptom of a gynaecologist-urological problem involving a prolapsed womb and/or bladder.

      Thank you for your reply, I had a CT scan for both and the doctor said there is nothing problem and he gave me Solifenacin Succinate and Tammsulosin HCL. I took this for two months, but there is no change. what I found is, if I am doing some practical work, I can stay for more time without going to pee. Even when I play football, I can stay in the field for more than 2 hours without feeling to pee and sometimes I can also stay for a long after I finish the game. But as I told you my work is mostly seated on the chair.

    i really dont know hun i am the same i can go twice in half an hr sometimes i get up 6 times a nigth , its worse in cold weather , 

    i dont drink or take meds and i drink decaff tea 

    cant think what eles todo except put up with it

    i did get some homeopathic tablets for bladder control

    but they are so hard to get hold of because they come from America  so you have to wait for the british company troohealth to get them in stock some times i did find they helped a lot .  might try and get hold of them again . king homeopathics do a spray to help the bladder it helps but the tablets are better ,eek sorry i cant help much but i do understand its abloody nuisence what with every thing eles

      HOW I LOOK AT IT IS EVEN IF THEY DONT WORK FOR YOU THEY WONT DO YOU ANY HARM .AND I DID FIND THAT THEY HELPED smile

    hi i have fibro and rheuamtiod arthritis 90 percent of both i have  alot of  water infection  ect ecoli one know i got fibro when i fractured spine cut the nerves in my back  i going every 20 mins you need go to your gp  and tell her or him take a sample of water my fibro was brought on by traumra

    I get alot urinary tract infections due to fibro but I have overavtive bladder and got a,fractured spine they cut the nerves know im in conent so water infection make goes like a running tap have you been to doctor take a sample get tested mine is ecoli infection
