I have watery discharge from one breast

Today I've noticed watery discharge from my right breast while rubbing. Is it anything serious? Or does this mean cancer? There is no lump.

A discharge caused by rubbing or some sort of stimulation is not uncommon. However if it continues without stimulation or gets heavier in one breast only then you should see your doctor.
