I have whole body pain and stiffness with localised swelling, what is my issue?

My mother is 56 years old. She has whole body pain, swollen feet, swollen right hand palm, pain in right shoulder, pain in both knees, cannot sit easily nor get up, stiffness in thighs, weight loss, weakness and fatigue, insomnia, sudden pain in heels and the swollen palm, heels have continuous light pain also. She takes sleep medicines but still cannot fall asleep, her urine is also yellow despite drinking a good amount of water.

Please help, we have no idea what she might be suffering from. we have consulted so many doctors but her condition is not improving. Kindly suggest.

    Blood tests? X-rays of joints and liver function definitely

    After that you can follow a course of action

      Thanks a lot for your reply. We have already performed liver function test, it was normal, x ray we need to do.

      ESR. CRP. PV should definitely be a couple of blood test she should have to show if she has raised inflammation markers in her body which would be a guide of what type of arthritis if any she has, rheumatoid being one that could possibly be responsible for her health problems

      Once they are done you will have either eliminated other causes or confirmed some.
