I haven't felt normal for half a year now

These mysterious symptoms have been bothering me ever since 2020 started. I went to doctor's and had blood tests, x-rays, urine test and PFT test, but they can't find anything out of the ordinary. They assume I have anxiety, but I just want a second opinion on it.

I'll start from the beginning. I had a really bad cold/flu at the end of December 2019. When I recovered at the start of 2020, I havent felt 100% normal. Middle of January I noticed that my tongue was larger and it had teeth indentations on the side. My body also started this weird thing where if I moved a body part it would start shaking/trembling, as if I overexerted myself during exercise or something. The shaking was more internal and couldn't really be seen externally.Mid of March came and I got sick again, but with a really mild cold. The thing is though, I always felt congested afterwards. My nose constantly feels blocked and I can actually hear my nose whistling everytime I breathe. I also developed a suffocating sensation in my lower chest. I constantly feel like im not getting enough oxygen. PFT test says my breathing is fine though. I also had a burning sensation in my lower chest (which actually went away after a month or so). I was told it was my GERD/acid reflux and after taking prilosec it did go away eventually.

Lately I've been feeling my blood pumping in my body. Its most noticeable in my feet or stomach if I'm bed and have it pressed against something.

The last 2 doctor visits showed high blood pressure readings 144/80 and 138/84 if i remember correctly. I asked if my heart was okay. She listened to it and said it sounded great.

I'm currently on anxiety medication (Buspirone), about a week in. Maybe it'll fix some or all symptoms, but I'm somewhat doubtful.

Here's a list of all my current symptoms:

-Swollen tongue with teeth indentations

-Gums/Mouth bleeds easily after brushing

-Nose whistling/always feels blocked

-Pinkish/purplish fingernails

-Internal muscle shakiness/trembling when in use

-Sensation of suffocation in lower chest

-Feel heartbeat and blood pumping

-low energy, fear of exerting energy

-forehead gets twice as sweaty

That's about the jist of it. Any feedback or opinions would be great. I was always perfectly healthy and normal before this year started, so this just baffles me.

As far as your nose goes, have you seen an ENT? It could be that youve developed chronic allergies that keep your nose congested. You could see improvement with that by using Flonase. As far as everything else, it seems to me like you may be hyper aware of normal bodily functions. This is a common symptom of anxiety. But if going to all the different doctors you can just to rule out anything worse makes you feel better, then thats what you gotta do. Seeing a neurologist and getting an MRI may be a good idea.

    Swollen tongue with teeth indentations

COULD BE YOU ARE GRINDING YOUR TEETH AT NIGHG WHILE SLEEPING - ASK YOUR DENTIST

    -Gums/Mouth bleeds easily after brushing

NEED TO UP YOUR FLOSS GAME AND USE LISTERINE - DENTIST CAN HELP WITH THIS

    -Nose whistling/always feels blocked

ALLERGIES/SINUS TROUBLE ARE REALLY BAD THIS TIME OF YEAR - NEED TO USE A NON-STEROID NASAL SPRAY - SEE ENT DOCTOR

    -Pinkish/purplish fingernails

SOUNDS HEALTHY ACTUALLY - VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS PLAY BIG ROLE IN COLOR OF NAILS

-Internal muscle shakiness/trembling when in use

THIS IS DEFINITELY A SIGN OF ANXIETY - I GET THIS TOO AND IS VERY COMMON WHEN ON EDGE ALL THE TIME - MINE SEEMS TO GO AWAY TOWARDS THE END OF THE DAY WHEN I CAN RELAX AND NOT HAVE TO MOVE AROUND A LOT FOR WORK

-Sensation of suffocation in lower chest

PRACTICE SOME BREATHING TECHNIQUES AND REST YOUR HANDS OVER YOUR CHEST AS YOU BREATHE IN AND OUT

    -Feel heartbeat and blood pumping

CORTISOL AND ADRENALIN BEING CONSTANTLY ON ARE THE CAUSE - ANXIETY MAGNIFIES THIS

-low energy, fear of exerting energy

SET EASY GOALS DURING THE DAY AND FOCUS ON ONE THING AT A TIME - FOCUS ON THE LITTLE THINGS AND DONT WORRY ABOUT THE WHOLE PICTURE

    -forehead gets twice as sweaty

BEING NERVOUS WILL LEAD TO SWEATY
