I healed my psoriasis! I gave up dairy!

After 20 years of small patches of psoriasis on my knees, they finally disappeared one year ago -- five months after I gave up gluten, sugar and dairy. I'd given up gluten and sugar before (when doing the Keto diet) and amped up the dairy in the form of butter, sour cream, and cheese. My psoriasis was noticeably worse during those times. When I eliminated the dairy, the psoriasis went away five months later. I wasn't expecting that (I gave up dairy for other reasons) and when I finally made the connection, I was ecstatic! I later heard from a doctor that dairy is one of those foods that's associated with skin issues like acne, etc.

With so many wonderful dairy free alternatives on the market now (oat milk is a winner!) it's much easier to shift out of dairy. Give it a try! I am proof positive that it's possible to heal your body from psoriasis by removing offending inputs. Your body is resilient. It wants to be healthy.
