I am Living in Germany but am British I am 62 and my Father had Prostrat cancer in his 50s I have for the last 3 months been going to the toilet for a Pee and when I get there I only lose about 150ml then maybe a hour later the same and its always the feeling I MUST GO .Sometimes I lose a couple of drops ,I have also times where for no reason I sweat to the point it runs down my face .also I now have since 2 weeks the hole where the pee comes out is getting smaller causing a bit (not to much ) of pain .I seem to be Ok during the night and go about 2 times at the most
I hope you can give me some idea what is going on ! I have a appointment with my German Specialist on the 20th of Jan but need a bit of info now to calm me down
Thanks for reading

I'm sorry to hear about your urinary problems and seemingly no definitive investigations until after Christmas. In the meantime, do you have a GP you could go to ? Finer minds than mine will probably chip in with advice for you, but just in case they don't has a UTI been ruled out ?
Anyway, all the best for a speedy resolution.
Regards.

Don't understand why you are waiting so long! I live in Germany and was referrd on a Wed and was seen by a urologist on Thur, agree appointmemts are hard to get but you can sit and wait. I was diagnosed mid Oct & had surgery mid Nov.
Sounds like you need a new Doc! You can go anywhere on the German krankenkasse!
Good luck and don't hang about if you are worried go see yor doc & I hope you get a good outcome.

I don't know about Germany. In UK if the GP suspects cancer he refers the patient to the consultant on the fast track. Otherwise the normal queue is used.
