I hurt my knee this morning and now I can’t put any weight on it

I was doing an at home exercise class this morning (as we are in lockdown), and I was doing a movement where you dodge side to side.

My left knee gave out when I tried to push off it to change direction - there was kind of a soft pop sound right as it gave out and then a much louder one as it headed towards the floor.

The initial pain was unbelievable, I couldn't put any weight on it for about an hour and it started to swell. I've iced, elevated and bandaged it and the pain has subsided about 90% from when it first happened, but when it feels weak when I put any weight on it now.

I don't want to go to the doctor if I can avoid it because of lockdown - should I just keep icing and elevating it?
