I just finished my BV medication, but I don't think it's gone away.

Last week I was told by a doctor that I have Bacterial Vaginosis and a yeast infection. I took 1 pill for the yeast infection, and metronidazole gel for 5 days at night. I just finished the medicine last night, but I'm still having BV symptoms. They're not bad at all compared to what they had been before, but it's not totally gone.

It's really hard to get an appointment with my doctor, and I'm so stressed and I don't know what to do. Should I wait a few days to see if the symptoms clear up? I know this is something that most women get at some point, but I'm just so upset right now. I can't seem to find a straight answer anywhere for what to do.
