What age are you? This is NOT how herpes presents.

Most likely you have some irritation going on that has irritated what you naturally have on the head of your penis.

Try to use water only when cleaning your penis, then make sure it is completely dried.

If you are not circumcised draw your foreskin as far forward as you can before getting in the shower - fully wash everywhere else on your body and fully rinse.

Then expose the head of your penis and simply use the running water, the inside of your hand and fingertips to clean the head area of your penis with, and fully dry once out of the shower.

Use a towel that ONLY you use.

If you remove ALL sources of irritation the spots should reduce in size within 3 to 5 weeks.

What you possibly may have is something like Fordyce Spots that have formed on the head of your penis, these will look different to what you have elsewhere on the head of your penis - but they are a natural part of the make up of a penis. Again, these may be irritated and will fade in time given what I have already detailed

the reason i think this might be herpes is because I had unprotected oral sex last Thursday, then I noticed the redness and what appeared to be bumps when I went to shower on Sunday. Of course I got paranoid and searched up what the early stages of herpes looked like and it said that it could start off as small red bumps or redness, and that sent my mind into overdrive.

I went to get a test yesterday and i should have the results by Friday. I feel like its moved up the side of the tip, or am I just too paranoid?image

You need to wait for the test results and base your actions on that ....

Hi I'm from Peru. I also find the same characteristics on my penis, it is as if the photo had been taken by me. I would appreciate if you tell me what you discovered. Well, for my part, I don't think it's herpes, but balanitis. And that can be due to many causes, at the moment I am avoiding soaps and shampoo

So as i have specified before most causes of issues like this are things contacting the skin and causing irritation to which I stated: ' If you remove ALL sources of irritation the spots should reduce in size within 3 to 5 weeks. '

I further detailed the kinds of protocols you need to put in place to deal with potential skin irritants.

If you have new spots appearing this would suggest you have not removed the source, or combination of things that are causing the skin irritation.

The other possibility is that you have a skin condition developing.

If you cannot resolve these issues for yourself you will need to see a skin specialist / dermatologist ...

i see the discolouration of the glans too, may be a very early stage of yeast infection.

Today I did many tests of which one of them was Herpes type 1 and Herpes type 2, in both they came out positive. If you recently had the contagion process with that person, it is very likely that your results will give a false negative, as well as vary for a false positive. These days I will go to a good dermatologist to confirm whether or not it is what I have in my glans, because as I tell you the photo you uploaded is similar to mine.
