i already ruled out and sexually transmitted disease but Im just confused

    this looks like follcolitis. infected razor bumps. i would highly recommend that you stop shaving for a while, throw out your old razor and get a new one

    it looks like you may also have some ingrown hairs so i would use a warm compress to try and get them to come to the surface so you can pull them with tweezers. do you have curly hair? ingrowns tend to happen more on curly hairs. does it itch or hurt? when you say you have ruled out stds were you tested?
