I just noticed these clusters on my labia last night, is this Herpes?

my boyfriend and i had sex 4 days ago and there was some vaginal pain and dryness, i was bleeding a little afterwards. The pain is gone but last time i noticed these clusters on both sides of my labia and im kinda scared that i might have herpes. i havent had any symptoms besides these clusters of bumps, there hasnt been anymore bleeding, and theres no pus coming out of them. Also on one of the clusters theres a piece of skin hanging off. They are kind of sensitive to touch but theyre not painful. I dont have any sores anywhere else or on the outside of my Vagina, its only on the inside of my labia. Does anyone know what this is? I just moved to another state and my insurance doesnt work here so before i see a doctor, i wanted to know if someone has an idea of what this is.

    Your pic is quite blurred so not easy to tell but these certainly need checking out.

    The photo is extremely out of focus but from what I can tell you need to consult your PCP, OB/GYN or CNP as soon as you can.
