I just recently got a medical abortion and alot of things are happening to my body down there help?

so I recently got a medical abortion and my vagina area and anus area have been non stop ichy and today i decided to see if i could see if anything was wrong and saw this? can someone help me out does anyone know what it could be and if the medication has anything to do w it? im also not w the childs father because he slept around w girls while we were together ..image this is how my anus and vaginal area look from all the itchy, i dont know what the bump on my anus is it bothers me and itches as well..image
