I feel like this isn't hsv and more like something else. I woke up with what felt like a big bite on my lip. I was sleep for 3 hours and woke up to this. no burning. no stinging, no tingling nothing. no sign of anything coming. I've been wearing a moderma patch on it for cold sores because I'm scared as crap. I posted the before and ammeter picture from 1 day apart.
