I understand how you feel. I have not been the same since before I had a sinus infection in 2012. I was 10 weeks postpartum and got a bad sinus infection. It took 2.5 months until the ENT doctor had me get a VNG and it showed caloric/vestibular damage to my inner ear. Somehow, the sinus infection affected my inner ear and damaged it.
Have you seen a neuro-otologist? They specialize in the inner ear and might be able to have you do tests that can help them diagnose you.
I hope you feel better.

Sorry to hear you are feeling this way. I've also been experiencing similar symptoms. Mine started about 2 months or so ago. I'm constantly light headed and get dizzy when I've been on my feet longer than a couple of minutes. My eyes feel funny too, it's hard to explain, they just feel off. My vision isn't blurry, but it's like it's hard to focus. I'm unable to stand for more than a few minutes before I get a lot of pressure in my head and my heart rate goes up. I also have near constant headaches and neck pain. I am going to my PCM on Thursday to discuss everything. I've also seen an ENT last week who referred me out to a physical therapist that specializes in inner ear issues as he thinks it may be cause by the crystals in my ear being out of place.
Have you seen your GP regarding this issue at all?

I really feel for you, having to endure this for nearly 3 years must be really tough. I have been having similar issues for the last 8 months and have been to countless specialists, GPs, ENT, dentist, ophthalmologists, chiropractor, physio, osteopath and I still have no answers either. It is very frustrating and is especially hard when you have children, as we both do. I am a single parent with 2 kids and it has been so hard to get up each day and have to face this. I have mainly had trouble with my eyes and as latoyahughes mentions, mine is also no so much blurred vision as the eye specialists I have been to (4 different ones) have all said they're fine, but rather a focus issue and it seems to be worse in the dark, but I also have a sensitivity to light. I am also getting constant pain around my left eye and I feel dizzy or off balance (not spinning like vertigo). My head generally feels quite heavy and my eyes feel fuzzy too. It's hard to explain this to the medical profession though! I have already had 2 specialists mention anxiety and I was so furious at this because before getting all of these symptoms I was in a good place and not stressed or anxious at all. Anyway, the most common stab at what this is is migraine or some variant of it. I have found many people with similar symptoms to ours, so we are certainly not alone, but I know that is of little comfort when you are trying to run a household. All the best to you, I really do understand your frustrations.
