Hi All,

for the past few years i repeatedly keep getting the same occurring symptoms. I have had lots of blood tests and yet all seem to come back as OK. The only thing I've had wrong with me in the last 2 years was low vitamin D which was fixed after medication.

I can't understand what these symptoms are, and I cant find anything that would match it really anywhere online. The doctors keep trying to give me anxiety medication which hasn't helped.

The symptoms I get only seem to occur after exertion, for example if i go on the bike or go for a long walk. Generally the symptoms come on either during or just after finishing and can remain with me for a few days before I feel better again.

Last week I pulled my back so I ended up spending most of the week lying down not doing much or exerting my energy. During this time I felt great with no issues. On Monday I went on the exercise bike for 30 minutes. I felt fine at the time, and then within 2 hours or so the symptoms started to come on but wasn't too bad. I could feel them slightly. On Tuesday I was feeling OK and I then did another 30 minute session on the bike. Within an hour or two the symptoms came on and its now Wednesday and im still feeling it.

The symptoms I get are Nausea, Weakness, Trembling, I feel really tired and just want to lay down. Sometimes these symptoms are with me all at once, sometimes I might only feel nausea. It feels like a hang over. I've decided that today im going to try and not do much to try and get myself feeling myself again.

I thought this could have been diabetes, or low blood sugar but I've had all the tests (apparently) and they have ruled this out. I feel like its something thats going low and takes a while to get back to normal. Does anyone have any ideas what this may be?

Regards,
