Hello i'm just wondering if anyone can tell me why i keep getting these white patchs that are little bumps after i lotion them, they come and go where i was circumcised at but they dont itch i don't have symptoms and i got tested 2 months ago for any diseases or infections and they all came back negative

Perhaps the lotion is causing the bumps.
