I keep seeing these in my vagina and around it, Has cleared up a lot since taking BV canasten pessary

so around 7/8 days ago i noticed lots of that white stuff in and around my vagina area, I read up so many diff reviews on what it could be? I thought it was BV so i got a OTC canasten pessarys and I'm on day 5 and it seems to of cleared up alot but now ive noticed bleeding ^^ (The picture above) i think its from itching it so much at the start, Is still itchy but not as much There was also not a strong fishy smell ? Can anyone tell me if this is BV ? Thrush? Anything? Im only young and I'm not sexually active.Just want some advice Thank you
