Let me start by saying I KNOW. I was diagnosed with anxiety, back in april. I was on levothyroxine 125mg. For about a year now. When I got my anxiety I stopped taking my Levo. About a month ago. . I thought this would help my anxiety. However I am now experiencing a pressure in my head that comes off and on. Could this be a side effect of me not taking the medicine?? Help!

Well... I will tell you that hypothyroidism causes anxiety, so it was not a good idea to stop your levo.  When my TSH gets up to just 4.00 and higher, my anxiety gets so bad, I can't even leave my house.  On the levo, and with my TSH around 1.00, I feel so much better.  The difference is amazing, it's like night and day.  Can I ask why you stopped the levo and how long you were on it for?
