I know your sleeping but.... (Chamomile tea)

I have never been a big fan of believing in or using herbs.

UNTIL...I had tried Melatonin a little while back and it WORKED to help put me to sleep.

I think it is always anxiety that has led me to drink (besides the obvious personal problems)...but alot of the ANXIETY feelings make me drink.

And when I stop drinking  I get anxiety rebound....10 fold.

So I stuff the anxiety with alcohol....and then it rebounds worse when I stop drinking.

Withdrawals from alcohol are HORRIBLE....just as horrible as these withdrawals I am having currently from meds...nothing narcotic either, just SSRI antidepressents!

I thought of everyone in early recovery (in withdrawals) when I drank my Chamomile tea last night...I promise you...it IS calming.....I put 2 teabags in my cup...directions say 1 bag...but it is so WEAK that I use two.

It is soothing.

Also I have read about magnesium....as soon as I feel better..hopefully tommorow...I am going to get some magnesium.

BUT..anyone that is struggling in withdrawal...get your hands on some of this tea and drink it..

.I don't think you are supposed to drink ALOT of it..but 3 cups a day I really think helps with withdrawal.

The TEA...gives an almost immediate effect...of calm.  I actually can't wait to drink it tonight.

I hope someone actually gets this and drinks it with me smile
