I listen to loud music and my left ear is paining

So this is how it is . I like music and volume goes more than 200+. I have damaged my left ear. It pains when exposed to loud music. I stopped listening to loud music but a starnge echo noise occurs when we r in silent environment. It is distrubing me. Can anybody here who can identify my issue?

    No not with your problem, maybe not wise to listen to such loud music with ear phones. doesnt do you any favours. have you seen a GP about this?

    Hi, I think you should make an appoinment to have a hearing test, tympanometry and speech discrimination testing. What is echoing? Is it your breathing, voice or something external to you?

      Yeah, you are right about that. My apologies, my primary language is not english. You know what sound i'm talking about. When you are in a quiet room without any background noises. You hear ringing noise (Slightly).
