The first two pics were the middle of my period the second two are what it looks like now all within a 4 day span. I got tested for herpes in oct and I have hsv1. HSV2 was neg but now I have to go back to confirm. Its burns when I pee but thats it no other symptoms.

Do you know for sure that you have HSV1 orally? HSV1 can happen in the genitals as well

oh wow. yea i do. i got the blood test done and it was confirmed that way. i just never had an HSV1 outbreak. How can 1 break out down there tho

youve had cold sore before? your outbreak looks like herpes though. but if its hsv1 it can be cause from him giving you oral sex.
did you get swabbed?

i never had a cold sore before but hes had them since be was a kid. him and his little cousin. he gets them all the time well maybe twice a year. I didnt get it swabbed. we have a 1 year old and i couldnt make time to get ut done but it does look like herpes to me as well. I had a bump there before but it was just 1 bump and never turned in to an ulcer. thats what made me get tested.

its probably hsv1 from oral sex. You can get hsv 1 genitally as well. I would get a blood test in 12 weeks

Concur with above comments. He's likely passed HSV-1 on to you genitally.

thank you. not that i want it to be either but whats the science in thinking its not hsv2 genitically? i assumed i woukd have 2 now but I guess 1 is more mild?

if you got hsv1 from oral sex it id more mild less outbreak yearly. The virus sheds less than hsv2 etc. & there is no science behind why i think its hsv1 im going based off your story. Your boyfriend gets cold sores he probably was virally shedding without any signs of a blister and gave you oral sex and since you never had a cold sore which means you most likely dont have hsv1 , you got hsv 1 on your genitals. Now it could be hsv2 but as you stated youve been together for 12 years and even tho herpes can be dormant for years yall been together long enough for it to eventually pop up so i really think its hsv1 unless he cheated snd caught hsv2 and a test from him will let you know if he has hsv2

it looks like it. i would get your partner tested too but from the thread , he could of passed by oral.
Cold Sores and herpes are the same. Just cold sores arent seen as bad since its not gential.
