I look unnaturally young

I am a male in my late forties but still look as though I am in my early twenties. I know people say you should be grateful to look youthful but I find it humiliating to look so much younger than my peers. When I go out with friends my age I am sometimes now assumed to be their son by strangers. I would like to know whether there might be a medical explanation and treatment for this condition. Sorry if it sounds trivial but it is having a negative impact on my mental health

    Have u ever had ur UGT1A1 genes checked? Or a bilirubin test?
