I’m 14 and need help

I’ve had these spots for a while I’m 14 and a virgin. They seem to keep growing more and more all around my foreskin can someone help. BTW I wash them every night the best I can

    Also more of these spots are growing and they almost look yellow and I really don’t like it

    If there are white dots .like they grow uder skin.

    They can be Fordyce spot.

      There’s like loads of splodges going around my foreskin when I retract it and more have grown recently
