i'm 16 with a load of floaters

hello, I have been having eye floaters since about 6 months now, i went to a check up(dilated eye exam) on my left eye, the doc said it all looks amazing in my eye, 20/20 vision and everything.

but i still couldn't be happy, he saw the vitreous detachment and it was mild to him so he let it slip.

its been a few weeks now from that appointment and I'm starting to see these little tiny lines when i blink(seriously when I blink!)

when i looked into my phones flashlight(dimmed down)

I could see these little spots like as if you took a picture with a dirty phone lens.

I've been struggling with dry eyes for a few weeks now imma see if it stretches on to summer else id go back to a doctor

apart from that my eye sight is extremely great!

I just wanna be sure if I should go back there since its been the 3rd time i went to the doc and they said its all fine.

does anybody have a clue to why on earth i got these floaters in the first place?

im not a boxer i dont did not have any trauma to my eyes.

7 months ago i got sick to some weird sickness and my eyes just got super dry then and when i went to work after recovering i realized all these floaters due to that full white room.

oh and just as a little hint, i have got tinnitus for about 7 years now and also have herpes type 1.image

here is a cool little picture of my two amazing eyes!

(sorry if the way i am looking a little odd, just trynna get the whole eye in there)

oh and by the way, those little blood vessels have been there for multiple years, so i'm sure that shouldnt have caused any issues right?
