I'm 17 and I have been having a chest pain coming and going since 3 weeks

I have been having chest pain since I was a kid. The pain was located near my heart and would feel like a pinch. It was only brief at the time and it would intensify when I'd take a deep breath so I had to "control my breath" in order for it to stop.
But 3 weeks ago, I noticed that I had not been doing any exercises for a while since it was holidays ( spent most of it sitting in front of TV / computer ^^' ... ), so I decided to start doing a workout circuit without weights. I had sored muscles for the next 2 days ( probably because of my lack of exercises :p ) but I also had what felt just like the chest pain I had when i was younger.
However this time, the pain wouldn't stop immediately, so I'd have to control my breath the whole time and even now I feel like I'm breathing "artificially " ( maybe not ,but not like before ! ). I thought it would stop after 2 or 3 days but it didn't. I went to the hospital and they had a doctor to examine me and who had me doing a chest X-Ray. The report said : " Lungs clear, no hilar enlargement, cost phrenic is clear , no pneumothorax, no surgical emphysema, cardiac "..." ( word that I can't understand ) and outline are normal ". The doctor then told me that this wasn't serious since the pain was coming and going, that I'd have to pretend like it didn't exist and if it'd hurt too much, to take pain killers...
I'd hope that it would stop but it didn't.
So here I am, 3 weeks after the initial pain, feeling like I'm breathing not normally, and occasionally experiencing that chest pain... I also feel something near my heart, it's not really hurting but it feels weird I really don't know what to do, even if it's not serious, it's not something I can live with... Could it be related to a nerves near my thorax ? I really don't know what it could be ... I'm also scared to do any more exercises, even though it might help ... What should I do ?

gastrointestinal trapped wind can cause pain in many areas of the body and can be severe enough to be mistaken for a heart attack.
You mentioned pain on inspiration which might be related to pleurisy, an inflammatory condition of the lungs. Regardless, the pain and breathlessness needs investigating by a specialist Lung Dr. Particularly as you have been told about this deformity, you need to. Know what effects this might have in future health.
Good luck, hope you feel better soon and try not to worry. Worry in itself can produce chest pain.

I am having this exact issue.
I'm a 17 year old male, who is also exercising regularly and having these pinches almost like really intense punches to the chest near the heart, also have really fast heart rate and pulse when I'm not active and just lying down. I have stopped excercising as much and do light excercises so often until the pain comes I stop. Should I see a doctor or just assume I have what you have and just relax. This has impacted my entire lifestyle from eating. To even sleeping, I have had trouble sleeping and I constantly am getting under 8 hours of sleep.
