I’m 17 years old, looking at the details, did i have a miscarriage?

This happened a while ago but it’s still affecting me now. I should’ve probably spoken to a doctor but i didn’t think it was that much of a deal.

Back in January, i had what i thought was a really extreme and heavy period. My periods have never been that bad before i’ve had the odd bad one but nothing too extreme.

I noticed that i missed my period by about a 2-3 weeks but i thought it was either just late or a missed period. i’ve never been very regular but i’ve not been that irregular before. This period was worse than i had ever experienced before. I had really bad abdominal and lower back pain to the point where i couldn’t move and i never really experienced these as bad as this before. I was sat on the toilet for a while because i just couldn’t understand why it was so bad. I noticed i was passing loads of big blood clots and some of the blood clots had this white ish thing inside it? a few of the ‘blood clots’ looked like it was veiny? I have pictures of some of it but only when it started to calm down but i’m not going to place them here. that period only lasted like a couple of days and the extreme passing of clots lasted a few hours tops?

My periods have been pretty irregular since and it bothers me not knowing what it was? I described it to friends and they haven’t experienced anything similar. I don’t know if me having regular unprotected sex with my boyfriend before and after is somehow linked?

I would appreciate any help or answers.
