I'm looking for anyone who can help me with a lower back pain I've had for a solid 7-8 months now with no relief. I am currently out of work and cannot find jobs i enjoy because i cannot move correctly due to my pain. Can anyone shed some light on my issue or give me any kind of help or ideas?

Hallo Amber....so sorry to.hear about your back pain...know only too well.how much this can effect your life....but very often it canbe put to.rights...with simple measures...and because of your young age...you will most probably get it under control...and go.on to live a good painless life......first port of call...is to.see your Gp....if you have been before and he has not responded...then tell him.this problem..is getting worse..and upsetting your life.....hopefully he will.examine you properly....and do.one of the things i.am going to tell you about..which will.get to.the crux of the problem...which could be quite a few things..and get you seen by a Consultant....to.find out the true cause of your suffering...backs are very prone to problems.....more days offwork..are lost from.back.pain than any thing else.....it could be purely a muscle problem..or bone problem...arthritis..it effects young and old....so.many problems can effect the spine.....some easy to.put right..with the correct treatment......if you have taken pain. Killers with no.good result...then you need to. Speak.to.your Dr...you are very young...and do.not want to.spend your life witha bad back.....if your Dr sends you to.see a consultant...they willl.examine your back.properly...you will.get X rays....and probably a scan....this will.show up.any problems.....then you.can be treated...dont be afraid....the treatments are not painful.....but the effect after wards will give you relief...from.all.your suffering....left with out treatment...it could grow worse...and make it harder to.treat.......so do.go.see your Gp...and hopefully get the treatment you need...you are just a young women ...you dont want to.spend all your life with a bad back....you take good care....and go.get it sorted....my very best wishes to.you....Shirley.
