i'm 21 years old and i peed myself three times, do you think there's wrong with me?

So it first happened when I was 19 years old that time. I was in our boarding house when I immediately woke up when I started to notice there's something wet in my bed. I woke up too late realizing I already peed on my bed. As embarrassing as it is, I peed for the half of the sheets to wet. Luckily, my board mates didn't notice that time. Next, when I was in our home. That time, I woke up immediately when I started to notice that I am peeing on myself. But still, I peed for a wet small circle to appear on the bed. And this time, I peed again just like what happen in my boarding house. Why did it happened? Was it because I didn't peed before going to bed? I am so embarrased and worried about myself. I tried to look it up on internet if there are similar situations to mine and I found most of it have health problems. I can't afford to have a check-up so I decided to share it here. I am really embarrased as a 21 year old girl who still peed herself. Do you think there's something wrong with me?

Anna if this continues you should see a doctor but there are some things you can do to help yourself.

Dont drink anything 2 hours before you go to bed. Dont have sips of liquid in the night.

Make sure you empty your bladder thoroughly when you go to bed and if you are someone who reads in bed or watches Tv or just on your phone in bed then get up and pee again when you decide you are ready for sleep.

Dont have anything tight around your waist in bed.

    Hope that helps.
